Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and ideas for various projects.
Utilize industry-standard design software and tools to create and edit visual content.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency in style and messaging.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their needs.
Conduct research and stay updated on design trends to continuously improve and innovate in design work.
Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Communicate project progress and updates to team members and stakeholders.
Take constructive feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.
Maintain organized files and records of design work.
Collaborate with printers and other vendors to ensure quality production of final designs.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline design processes.
Stay updated on state policies and regulations related to design work.
Represent the state's brand positively and professionally through design work.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
