Graphic Designer

Support the Marketing & Brand Experience department through the design and production of high-quality materials for all divisions of the company. This role collaborates closely with the entire department to execute creative needs, including but not limited to digital and print collateral, social media graphics, photography, and presentation materials. Produce and update short-form collateral such as single-or multi page layouts, recurring informational materials, and other quick-turn design pieces.Coordinate and manage printing needs, including file preparation, proofing communication with print vendors.Execute simple rebrands or refreshes of existing materials, templates, and layouts.Develop graphics for PR efforts and social media channels, maintaining consistency across platforms.Assist with email marketing efforts by providing visual assets, layout support ad recommendations for improving visual effectiveness.Contribute to social media content creation, including image creation, resizing, video editing, and occasional light copy support when needed.Assist in maintaining templates, brand libraries, and creative asset organization.Support Responsibilities: Able to work in a fast-paced, high energy and team-oriented environment.Strong ability to collaborate with peers, accept feedback, and co-own creative deliverables.Able to work independently, prioritize assignments, and meet tight deadlines.Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, flexible, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); working knowledge of Canva is a plus.Basic marketing knowledge, especially related to social media and email marketing best practices.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Photography and photo editing capabilities preferred.EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
