Design Development: Create and execute designs for digital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics, infographics, presentations, proposals, point-of-sale campaigns, trade show graphics, and event materials.Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative output aligns with company brand standards and maintains consistency across platforms and channels.Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Communications, Product Marketing, Sales) and external vendors to develop creative solutions that support business objectives.Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards under tight timelines.Innovation: Stay current with design trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to recommend and apply innovative techniques that enhance creative impact.Production Execution: Prepare and finalize design files for print production, digital publication, and large-format event graphics.Creative Support: Provide visual design support for corporate initiatives, licensed property campaigns, and product promotions.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline design workflows and implement new tools or techniques to improve efficiency and creative output. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.Knowledge of preparing files for print, digital publication, and large-scale graphics.Familiarity with social media platforms and digital design best practices.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to apply brand standards consistently across multiple platforms and formats.Awareness of industry trends and emerging design technologies. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
