We are a long-established and growing printing and sign company seeking a dependable and creative team member to join our team. This position blends customer service, graphic design, and production work, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both interacting with customers and working hands-on with design and print equipment.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service in person, by phone, and via emailCreate and edit designs using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Prepare and set up artwork for print productionOperate and assist with digital printing equipmentReview customer files for quality, accuracy, and print readinessCommunicate clearly with customers to understand their needsWork collaboratively with team members to complete projects on timeQualifications

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (required)Strong communication skills — clear, professional, and detail-orientedAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with a positive attitudeStrong attention to detailPrinting, sign, or production experience is a plus (but not required)Preferred Skills
