About the Role

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Specialist to support the production of high-quality marketing and communication materials for a client account. In this onsite role, you will develop original designs, adapt branded templates, manage multiple creative projects, and collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful visual solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of graphic design, print production, brand standards, and customer service while thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.Experience with EFI Digital StoreFront or similar print management platforms preferred.Knowledge of print production processes and prepress preparation.Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience working within corporate brand guidelines and identity standards.Requirements & Skills

Strong graphic design, typography, layout, and visual communication skills.Ability to manage multiple design projects while meeting tight deadlines.Experience creating both print and digital marketing materials.Strong understanding of branding and brand guideline compliance.Knowledge of print production workflows, quality assurance, and file preparation.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality creative work.Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills.Ability to gather design requirements and translate them into compelling visual solutions.Experience managing project priorities in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.Creative problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and obtain any required customer site security clearances.Equal Opportunity Employer
