Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating engaging, high-quality visual content that supports Granite Bank's brand, marketing goals, and business initiatives. Maintain and enhance Granite Bank's brand standards, templates, and creative resources to ensure consistency across materials. Perform other duties as assigned. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, composition, and print and digital production.Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage projects independently from concept through completion.Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to shift between projects without losing track of details or deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong cross-functional collaboration and interpersonal skills.Resourceful problem-solving and willingness to seek out information and determine appropriate next steps.Receptive to feedback, revisions, constructive criticism, and changing priorities.Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail.Willingness to proactively support team members and organizational initiatives.
