Prefer candidate from San Mateo County **Job Duties:** * Work with other designers & brokers to design brochure for property, marketing materials * Print & manage local print shop (we are the first real estate company to have an in-house commercial printer) * Work with outsource printer, mailing house & perform press check for mass mailing projects * Update company & other real estate related websites * Update and post new social media marketing * Edit & optimize photos for print & web * Write creative copy for brochures * Perform research for realtor * Take & make business phone calls (customer service) **Requirements:** * Experience: 3 years or above (realty experience is a plus) * Education: Bachelor of Art (Graphic/Art Design) or equivalent * Language: Write & speak fluent English, basic creative writing skill is required * Work Schedule: weekday hours 9am-5pm * Attirbutes: A “Can-do” willing to learn, follow instructions, multitask and stress tolerance **Skills:** * Software: Windows and Mac platform - Adobe CC, MS Office, Basic HTML/CSS (Highly proficient in InDesign and Excel for intensive use of datamerge) * Management: Able to manage multiple projects * Research: Online research, mapping, data analysis * Location: FOR LOCAL RESIDENTS ONLY, no telecommuting, must have a car, may be required to go take photos * Bonus skills: Photography | Email your: 1\\.
