The Graphic Designer develops creative design concepts and visual content to support the City's communication, marketing, and special event initiatives. This includes-though is not limited to-design for the City magazine, electronic newsletters, flyers, posters, collateral materials, videos, the website, and social media channels. Other duties may be required and assigned. Minimum Training and Experience Required to Perform Essential Job Functions Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a graphic designer Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteFamiliarity with web design and content management systemsPhotography editing skills.Ability to multitask and perform effectively under tight deadlinesStrong verbal and written communication skillsBachelor's degree in graphic design, Marketing, Digital media, or related fieldAdditional qualifications in web design or animation are a plus
