Graphic Designer

We are a fast-growing distribution and manufacturing startup looking for a Graphic Designer to spearhead the creative development of our core product line: premium poker chip labels and gaming components. As our production volume scales, this role is budgeted to transition into a salaried Design Team Lead position, where you will hire, mentor, and manage our expanding creative department. o Manufacturing Optimization: Prepare and pre-flight precise print-ready vector files (including exact color matching, bleed lines, and registration marks) optimized specifically for specialized, large-scale ceramic print manufacturing processes in China. For the right person, this role offers a clear path from hands-on designer to Design Team Lead, with the opportunity to build and lead the creative department as the company grows.
