The Graphic Designer will be responsible for leading and developing concepts and executing designs for a variety of web, print, branding, and environmental design work. Projects will include: brand identity, packaging design, and various marketing collateral (both print and digital). This person will be our primary in-house resource and assist with our creative process, as well as coordinate with our development team on website projects. There is potential for this role to evolve as we grow. 3-5 year’s work experience minimum, Bachelor’s Degree Required, agency experience preferredExpert knowledge in Full Adobe Creative Suite &/ Figma Adobe XD knowledge a plusBranding and Front-End Web Design Experience requiredMapping out site navigation, including drop downs, mobile, and sticky headersAbility to create high-end mock-ups of our work for client approvalWorking within clear rounds of revisions to keep client feedback within agreed upon budgetPossess solid organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyDisplay ownership of outcomes and see projects through from concept to executionFamiliarity with Cannabis and/or the food/beverage industries is an advantageous assetAbility to work independently and within a collaborative team environmentExperience with contract resources a plus
