Surack Enterprises is seeking a created and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for design, exceptional creativity, and a keen eye for detail. This individual will collaborate with our team to produce high-quality graphics for both print and digital applications and assist with web development.

Given the diversity of businesses under the Surack banner, the Graphic Designer must be eager to learn about each company’s unique specialty and how best to visually communicate it.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the conceptualization and creation of graphic designs for various marketing materials including but not limited to:

Print Advertisements
Brochures
Flyers
Posters
Signage
Digital Banners and Ads
Social Media

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Aid in the design and layout of websites, ensuring an intuitive user experience and cohesive visual identity across all digital platforms.
Create graphics for email campaigns, newsletters, and other digital communication channels.

Support the production and editing of multimedia content, including image retouching, and creation of graphics for video and social media.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, web design, and digital marketing.

Assist in the maintenance and organization of digital asset libraries, ensuring accessibility and consistency of branding assets.

Collaborate with the Art Director, Web Developer, Communications Specialist, and Marketing Director to ensure timely delivery and quality of design projects.

Contribute ideas to brainstorming sessions and design meetings.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, WordPress, and responsive design principles preferred.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Portfolio showcasing strong design skills and relevant work samples.
