Description: Processio Strategic Services is advertising this position on behalf of our client, Todd Interests. We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join Foxfield Agency in support of brand development, visual identity, and design execution across our portfolio of luxury real estate and hospitality assets. Uphold and elevate the Todd Interests brand standards across all creative outputProduce high-quality visual design assets using industry-standard softwareDesign and support development of branded communications including newsletters, emails, brochures, and member-facing materialsCreate and maintain signage, wayfinding systems, maps, and visual identity elements across propertiesCollaborate with internal teams, consultants, and external partners to execute design initiativesMaintain organization of design assets, tools, and materials, including recommendations for enhancementsContinuously refine and refresh brand materials to ensure a cohesive, elevated, and enduring visual identity Experience in luxury real estate development or five-star hospitality preferredProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver) and related design platformsFamiliarity with content management systems and digital design workflowsStrong aesthetic judgment with meticulous attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, design-driven environmentSkilled in presenting and articulating design concepts in alignment with brand visionPortfolio demonstrating professional or academic design workExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to operate within a refined, luxury hospitality standard of service and presentationStrong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently when neededHighly organized with consistent follow-through and accountabilityProfessional presence with a positive, service-oriented demeanorPhysical Requirements
