About the Role You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, e-commerce, or related roleBS/BA in Marketing or a related field of studyFamiliarity with Shopify, Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, or similar platformsStrong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, compelling content and copyOrganized and detail-oriented with proven time management and follow-throughAbility to work independently, as a team, and collaborate effectively across departmentsPositive, professional demeanor; able to represent the brand at the highest levelFlexible, able to adapt and reprioritize in a fast-paced, changing work environmentComfortable working in a hands-on capacity (i.e. handling product and equipment)Willingness to learn and be receptive to feedback; passion for growth and development
