Graphic Designer

Produce eye-catching and on-brand graphics, illustrations, and visual content for various marketing channels, including social (both paid and organic), paid media (both digital and print), email campaigns, texts, website, and signage.Ensure brand consistency across all TJC design assets, maintaining a strong visual identity that resonates with our various audiences, including prospects, students, and community members.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while efficiently meeting quick deadlines.Ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of design assets while maintaining a keen eye for detail.Maintain collaborative and favorable working relationships with the marketing team and college departments to promote a harmonious work environment, boosting morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness.While working with customers on design requests, convey and guide them to recommended best marketing tactics that will ensure the success of messaging to their target audience.Assist other graphic designers and supervise student assistants.Coordinate with outside agencies, vendors, printers, etc. If travel is required, the candidate must have and maintain a current, valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record. Higher education experience.Experience creating GIFs and motion graphics.Experience with project management software such as Wrike, Workfront, or Asana. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the position may be considered.
