Your Role at Delta Faucet:

The Graphic Designer will combine both design talent and outstanding problem-solving skills to lead the team to better creative solutions. This role will work with other graphic designers and managers to bring brand and channel assets to life following our guidelines. The primary focus will be designing marketing materials including sell sheets, point-of-purchase (POP) materials, signage, advertisements, literature, showroom and tradeshow graphics, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Apply design strategy and knowledge to all visual content to target our decision makersMaintain consistency with our brand and its visual messageTranslate stakeholder needs and project objectives into compelling visual graphicsProvide a superior polish on all final images and graphicsContinually improve processes, shorten lead times and increase efficiencySelf-manage project priorities, timelines and resources, and ensure assets are delivered on timeEasily navigate between creative work and production workConcept, create and enhance design templatesMake edits to existing graphicsOverall graphic design duties:Asset creation for launch supportRetail POP designSell sheets, brochures and other literatureDigital, web or campaign graphic creationUnderstand and utilize best practices to prep working files for print productionEvent support projectsProcess, edit and modify photography in PhotoshopUpload and tag assets in our DAM (Digital Asset Management system)
This is a hybrid role in our Carmel, Indiana headquarters.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

Bachelor degree in communication arts, graphic design or related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. 5+ years of experience within a design team or agencyAdvanced ability with Adobe Creative SuiteStrong understanding and comfort level with Photoshop, InDesign and IllustratorAdded bonus: Lightroom or FireflyExperience in UX design tools such as FigmaExperience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint requiredStrong understanding of branding, with experience designing across multiple mediums (digital, print, slideware, social, motion).Excellent project management skills requiredExtremely well organizedStrong attention to detailAbility to meet deadlines with minimal oversightExcellent communication and collaboration skillsProactive in sharing work and open to feedback.Design portfolio required
