The Decal Source is an established leader in large-format printing, fleet graphics, vehicle wraps, motorsports graphics, and custom branding solutions. We partner with professional racing teams, law enforcement agencies, universities, municipalities, and commercial businesses throughout the country.

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality artwork while meeting deadlines and supporting our production team.

What You'll Do

Create and modify customer artwork for print production
Prepare print-ready files for large-format digital printing, vinyl graphics, and vehicle wraps
Set up artwork for prepress and production
Review files for quality, accuracy, sizing, and print specifications
Ensure consistency across all project files
Collaborate with Sales, Production, and other Graphic Designers to complete projects efficiently
Archive and organize completed artwork
Proof artwork and identify potential production issues before printing
Assist with other design and production-related projects as needed

What We're Looking For

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required)
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing error-free work
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Self-motivated with a desire to continually improve

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of graphic design experience
Experience preparing files for print production
Experience in the sign, large-format printing, vehicle wrap, or vinyl graphics industry is highly preferred
Familiarity with prepress and color management is a plus

Education

Associate degree in Graphic Design or related field, or
Equivalent combination of education and professional experience
