Position OverviewA local sign and printing company is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join its team. This position will focus on creating and preparing professional graphics for signs, banners, decals, printed materials, and other custom projects.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator and understands how to take a customer's concept and turn it into a clean, production-ready design.

ResponsibilitiesCreate and edit graphics for signs, banners, decals, displays, and other printed productsDesign layouts based on customer specifications, artwork, and brandingPrepare digital artwork and files for print and sign productionResize, modify, and recreate customer-provided artwork as neededEnsure designs meet proper dimensions, resolution, color, and production specificationsMake revisions based on customer feedbackWork closely with production staff to ensure designs translate correctly to finished productsMaintain organized digital files and customer artworkReview designs for accuracy before sending them to productionManage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentRequirementsAdobe Photoshop experience requiredAdobe Illustrator experience requiredPrevious graphic design experience requiredStrong understanding of typography, layout, sizing, and visual designAbility to create and modify vector graphicsStrong computer skills and attention to detailAbility to accurately follow customer specificationsComfortable working on multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in sign design, large-format printing, print production, vinyl graphics, or a sign shop is highly preferredSchedule & CompensationMonday–Friday8:00 AM–4:30 PM$18.00 per hourPaid holidays1 week of paid vacation after 1 year of employmentIdeal ExperienceCandidates with previous experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist, Sign Designer, Print Designer, Prepress Designer, or Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop Designer are encouraged to apply.
