We're looking for a passionate designer to join our team and help us tell the College’s story through cohesive, compelling, and forward-thinking visuals across both digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities • Concept and execute creative solutions for print and digital platforms • Design layouts and visual assets that align with College branding • Produce high-impact materials for campaigns, publications, email, apparel, and advertising • Prepare and package files for production with accuracy and attention to detail • Maintain consistent brand standards across all deliverables • Manage multiple design projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines and quality standards • Use project management platform (Wrike) to coordinate tasks, track progress, and support team collaboration • Contribute fresh ideas to the College’s evolving visual identity Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field • Minimum three years of professional experience as a graphic designer • A strong, versatile portfolio that demonstrates both creative vision and technical execution across a range of print and digital media • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and email design platforms (i.e. Emma, Constant Contact, MailChimp) • A creative mindset paired with a demonstrated understanding of core design principles (typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy) • Able to work independently or collaboratively, with a strong track record of managing priorities and meeting deadlines without compromising quality • Strong communication skills with an ability to present design ideas and concepts to internal and external stakeholders • Comfort working within established brand guidelines while still bringing fresh ideas and creative problem-solving to the table • Solid understanding of marketing communication principles and print production processes • High attention to detail, particularly in typography, layout, spacing, grammar, and spelling • A positive, team-oriented attitude—you lift others up and contribute to a collaborative and respectful work environment • Occasional night and weekend work may be required • Other duties as assigned
