Graphic Designer (Ad Agency)

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who blends creativity, taste, and modern toolsets — someone who can design original creative when the brief calls for it, and also move fast using contemporary tools (AI, template systems, efficient production workflows) when the job demands speed. Some days you’ll use AI tools to generate references, solve problems, or speed up production. We do good work for good clients. to speed up iterations, research, references, and production • Select and adapt quality templates when appropriate — and elevate them beyond “template-level” • Stay ahead of design + marketing trends and apply them intelligently to client brands • Produce fast, accurate production files across many formats and platforms • Work with creative leadership to strengthen concepts, visuals, and campaign cohesion • Maintain clean file systems, naming conventions, and production standards • Collaborate with strategists and account teams to understand goals and brand direction • You have strong instincts for layout, typography, color, and hierarchy • You can work across the full spectrum: concept → design → production • You understand when speed matters and when creative exploration matters • You’re fluent with modern tools (AI, templates, creative automation) and know how to use them without sacrificing taste • You study design and pay attention to visual and marketing trends • You value clean, on-brand work and catch details others miss • You enjoy variety — from original concepts to fast-paced production • You work well on a collaborative team that values ambition, clarity, and craft
