This role owns the visual output across our brands: performance ad creative, brand assets, funnel design, and organic social. You won't be handed a brief and told to execute — you'll be a creative partner who understands what drives results and can move fast without sacrificing quality. What you’ll own Paid ad creative for Meta and Google campaigns — static, carousel, display — built to convert, not just look good Brand asset production across multiple distinct brand systems, maintaining consistency and quality at volume Landing page and funnel design — layouts, hierarchy, and visual direction for high-converting pages Organic social content — templates, carousels, and graphics that complement video output Ongoing management of design systems and asset libraries across brands What we’re looking for
