# WE'RE HIRING: Senior Graphic Designer & Ad Creative Specialist
**Remote | LATAM | Full-Time | The Patch Method™**

We're looking for an exceptionally talented, creative, and experienced **Graphic Designer & Ad Creative Specialist** to join The Patch Method™, a fast-growing, female-founded wellness brand redefining how people experience everyday wellness.

This isn't just a graphic design role. We're looking for someone who understands **what makes a brand look premium AND what makes creative convert.**

You'll help bring our brand to life across social media, paid advertising, product launches, packaging, email marketing, and more.

### What You'll Own
- **Paid Ad Creatives:** Design high-converting static ads, carousels, and video creatives for Meta, Instagram, and TikTok.
- **Social Media Design:** Create scroll-stopping Instagram carousels, stories, reels graphics, and branded content.
- **Brand & Creative Direction:** Maintain a cohesive, premium visual identity across every customer touchpoint.
- **Email & Website Design:** Create beautiful, conversion-focused graphics for Shopify, Klaviyo, and landing pages.
- **Product Launches:** Develop campaign assets, product mockups, promotional graphics, and launch visuals.
- **Video Editing:** Edit short-form video ads, UGC content, and engaging social media creatives.
- **Creative Testing:** Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and iterate ad variations based on performance data.
- **AI-Powered Design:** Leverage AI creative tools to streamline production and elevate creative output without sacrificing quality.

### Who We're Looking For
- 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally with DTC, e-commerce, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
- **Proven experience designing paid advertising creatives that drive conversions.**
- Exceptional design taste with a strong understanding of premium branding, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma.
- Experience with Meta ad creative formats and performance marketing.
- Strong short-form video editing skills.
- Experience using AI creative tools.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.

**Bonus Points**
- Shopify and Klaviyo experience.
- Experience with CPG product packaging and print-ready artwork.
- Knowledge of direct-response advertising, creative hooks, and consumer psychology.
- Experience with AI image and video generation.
- Familiarity with creative performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.

### Position Details
- **Location:** Latin America (remote)
- **Schedule:** Full-time, 40 hours/week
- **Availability:** Minimum 4–5 hours overlapping with Arizona business hours
- **Compensation:** Competitive, based on experience and portfolio
