Graphic Designer, Advertising

• Works with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and occasionally Adobe Illustrator to create graphics and imagery • Manages all aspects of an email's production including: layout/organization, cropping images, creating graphics, building and testing links, and trafficking the email through stages of review and approval • Produces all work in accordance with Dillard’s design standards • Maintains a strong understanding of Dillard’s brands, customer profiles and broader fashion industry trends Qualifications • 1+ years experience in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) • Experience designing for e-commerce, email or digital advertising and ability to provide examples of previous work • Strong understanding of fundamental visual design including layout/composition and color • Experience managing multiple projects at once, while adhering to deadlines and producing the desired results • College or associate degree in related field and/or Professional Certification required • Experience with HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, and JavaScript or responsive (adaptive) design are a huge plus, as are illustration and animation skills Our dynamic organization offers a comprehensive salary and benefits package, which includes the following: Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, Life, Paid Vacation and Holidays.
