Works with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and occasionally Adobe Illustrator to create graphics and imagery Manages all aspects of an email's production including: layout/organization, cropping images, creating graphics, building and testing links, and trafficking the email through stages of review and approval Produces all work in accordance with Dillard’s design standards Maintains a strong understanding of Dillard’s brands, customer profiles and broader fashion industry trends 1+ years experience in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Experience designing for e-commerce, email or digital advertising and ability to provide examples of previous work Strong understanding of fundamental visual design including layout/composition and color Experience managing multiple projects at once, while adhering to deadlines and producing the desired results College or associate degree in related field and/or Professional Certification required Experience with HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, and JavaScript or responsive (adaptive) design are a huge plus, as are illustration and animation skills No remote work or relocation compensation is available.
