Graphic Designer - Album Artwork, Merch Design & Content Editing

This role will focus on creating assets such as album and single artwork, merchandise, promotional graphics, basic video content, and other visual assets for our artists and label projects. Design album covers, single artwork, and supporting release assetsCreate original merchandise designs for apparel and other physical productsDevelop promotional graphics for social media, digital advertising, websites, email campaigns, and printCreate and edit short-form videos, promotional clips, animated graphics, and other basic video contentUse AI tools creatively alongside traditional graphic-design techniquesEdit and enhance AI-generated images to correct imperfections and produce clean, professional artworkPrepare production-ready files for digital platforms, merchandise printing, packaging, and other physical formatsAdapt designs into multiple sizes and formats while maintaining visual consistencyCollaborate with our creative and marketing teams to develop concepts that reflect each artist’s identityManage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within established deadlinesOrganize and maintain editable source filesRequired Qualifications Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and IllustratorWilling to work outside of standard business hours as needed to accommodate release schedules, meet deadlines, and handle time-sensitive projects.Basic video-editing proficiency using CapCut, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar softwareExamples of previous work is requiredExperience creating album artwork, music-related graphics, or entertainment marketing materialsExperience in merch designs and vector artworkExperience incorporating AI tools into a professional design workflowStrong photo-editing, compositing, retouching and layout skillsAbility to identify and correct common issues in AI-generated artworkAbility to take creative direction, incorporate feedback, and work independentlyStrong attention to detail and file-preparation standardsReliable communication and the ability to meet deadlines with minimal follow-upPreferred Qualifications Please also include examples of video editing or motion graphics work, if available.
