Martin Aquatic is a roughly 70-person aquatic design and engineering firm based in downtown Orlando. Since 1987, we have designed some of the most ambitious aquatic environments in the world – from luxury resort pools and interactive aquatic playgrounds to competition basins, immersive water attractions, and large-scale destination developments for globally recognized clients.
Today, we are entering one of the most exciting chapters in our company’s history as we expand our Creative Studio and help shape the next generation of Aquatic Leisure Destinations. At Martin Aquatic, you will work directly alongside designers, engineers and creative professionals on innovative projects across the United States and internationally. Position Overview
We are seeking Graphic Designers of all experience levels to join our Creative Studio team. Whether you are early in your career or bring years of professional experience, this is an opportunity to contribute to exciting, high-visibility projects in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
This role focuses on creating high-quality presentations, branding materials, design packages, and marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong emphasis on InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong design quality and consistency.
This is a full-time onsite position based in our Downtown Orlando office.
Responsibilities & Duties
· Create high-quality design packages, presentations, and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite
· Develop templates, layouts, booklets, and branded deliverables in InDesign
· Edit and enhance renderings, photographs, and digital assets in Photoshop
· Create and manipulate vector artwork and graphic assets in Illustrator
· Support branding, visual storytelling, and creative marketing initiatives across multiple company brands
· Produce mood boards, presentation graphics, layouts, and curated visual reference materials
· Produce hand sketches and layouts for presentations as needed
· Collaborate with designers, engineers, manufacturers, and creative teams on project-related content
· Maintain company design standards and contribute ideas for creative refinements and improvements
· Assist with post-production editing for renderings, photography, or visual presentations when needed
· Manage multiple deadlines while staying organized and detail-focused
· Contribute positively to a collaborative and high-performing studio culture
Qualifications & Skills
· Open to all experience levels; portfolio quality, creativity, and mindset are highly valued
· Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
· Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual communication
· Creativity in translating ideas into compelling design concepts
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
· Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
· Experience with branding, presentation design, or marketing materials
· Familarity with AutoCAD or architectural/design-related workflows
· Experience with 3D modeling or rendering software (3ds Max, Blender, Maya, etc.)
· Motion graphics, video editing, photography, or web design experience is a plus
· Familarity with Microsoft Office 365, Bluebeam, or project management tools
