About Us Chizuk Amuno Congregation and Schools is a vibrant, egalitarian Conservative synagogue and educational campus located in Baltimore, MD. This dual role is ideal for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Graphic Design & Communications (60%) • Design and produce visual content, flyers, and promotional materials that align with our brand • Support email marketing campaigns via Constant Contact, including layout, design, and distribution • Update website content using WordPress to ensure accurate and engaging information • Assist with creating, managing, and scheduling posts for social media platforms • Create short-form videos, graphics, and visual stories to enhance engagement • Organize and maintain creative assets and digital files in Google Drive • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with both design software and basic administrative platforms. Skills & Qualifications • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, Microsoft Office • Working knowledge of Canva, WordPress, Constant Contact, and social media platforms • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills • Prior experience in a creative or administrative support role preferred • Comfort working in a mission-driven, evolving environment
