Responsibilities • Provide design services for customers by creating designs, mock ups, and revisions for customers according to their instructions and feedback. • Ensure customer confidence by answering their design questions, explaining artwork specifications, and assisting them with their layouts and artwork submissions. • Provide customer service by discussing artwork with customers on the phone, via chat, email, or messaging system. • Act as a liaison for the prepress department and the customer with regards to artwork related issues. Job Requirements • Training and experience in graphic design • Previous experience in customer service • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
