Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator

At ALIYA, our purpose is simple: **People taking care of people.** We’re looking for a creative, organized Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator to bring that mission to life across ALIYA and our affiliated brands, RYZE, THRYVE, and ASPYRE.

This hands-on role combines graphic design, content creation, and day-to-day marketing coordination. Working closely with our creative lead, you’ll turn brand direction into finished materials and keep projects, orders, and communications moving. Your work will allow creative leadership to focus on the overall brand vision, visual identity, and larger initiatives.

We’re looking for someone who brings ideas, takes ownership, follows through, and enjoys both designing the work and organizing the details behind it.

**What You’ll Do**

**Graphic Design & Brand Execution**

* Design flyers, brochures, postcards, presentations, banners, signage, recruiting materials, and internal communications.
* Create graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital displays.
* Design branded apparel, company swag, employee recognition items, and promotional merchandise.
* Adapt approved designs across brands, facilities, sizes, and formats while maintaining consistency.
* Build reusable templates for recurring requests and routine facility communications.
* Prepare production-ready artwork, proofread content, and review vendor proofs before final approval.

**Content, Social Media & Digital Support**

* Develop content ideas for facility highlights, employee spotlights, healthcare recognition days, events, and brand campaigns.
* Write captions, headlines, and concise marketing copy that reflect each brand’s voice.
* Maintain a content calendar and coordinate with facility teams to collect photos, updates, and stories.
* Prepare and schedule approved social media posts, track basic engagement, and suggest opportunities to improve content.
* Assist with photography, photo editing, short-form video, and organizing footage from events and facility visits.
* Support routine website content updates, including photos, flyers, announcements, and facility information.
* Help turn longer videos or recordings into short clips and promotional content. **Podcast editing experience is a plus**, including audio cleanup, episode assembly, show notes, and social media excerpts.

**Swag, Print Orders & Facility Distribution**

* Serve as a day-to-day contact for routine print, apparel, swag, and marketing material requests.
* Research products, compare quotes, communicate with vendors, and coordinate approved orders.
* Track quantities, sizes, costs, proofs, production schedules, and delivery dates.
* Maintain inventory of printed materials, branded merchandise, and event supplies; identify replenishment needs.
* Coordinate packing, shipping, and distribution to facilities.
* Confirm deliveries, resolve missing or incorrect items, and keep teams informed of order status.

**Events & Employee Engagement**

* Support open houses, company events, employee celebrations, and recognition initiatives.
* Coordinate invitations, signage, branded giveaways, printed materials, and event supplies.
* Maintain event checklists and assist with preparation, setup, and on-site support as needed.
* Gather event content and prepare follow-up posts, recaps, and communications.

**Project & Asset Organization**

* Organize incoming requests, clarify project details, and maintain a shared project tracker.
* Manage routine follow-ups, deadlines, feedback, and approval routing.
* Keep logos, templates, photography, design files, and vendor information organized and current.
* Maintain an accessible collection of approved materials for facility teams.
* Flag missing information or delays early and suggest practical ways to simplify recurring work.

**What You Bring**

* A strong portfolio of print and digital design work.
* Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
* Strong typography, layout, writing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
* Familiarity with print production, file preparation, and vendor coordination.
* The ability to manage multiple deadlines, communicate clearly, and carry projects through completion.
* A collaborative attitude, openness to feedback, and confidence working independently within established brand direction.
* Ideally, 2–4 years of relevant design or marketing experience.
* Photography, video editing, podcast editing, motion graphics, Canva, and WordPress experience are welcome bonuses.
