In this role, you will: Collaborate with authors and cross-functional teams to design and produce proposals, reports, presentations, and various digital/print materials.Adhere to established style guides, ensuring quality and meeting strict deadlines.Leverage your strong design expertise and attention to detail to create compelling visuals.Utilize both Microsoft and Adobe Creative Suite tools, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, to execute your designs.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring proper version control and supporting publication efforts.Contribute your creative ideas and innovative solutions in brainstorming sessions to enhance design output.Your qualifications include: A Bachelor's degree paired with 3+ years of relevant experience in graphic design.A solid working knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.Hands-on expertise with applications like Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and other relevant tools.An ability to communicate effectively on complex or sensitive issues and collaborate well with team members.A detail-oriented mindset, proven history of meeting deadlines, and a creative approach to design challenges.This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who enjoys blending creativity with structure in a fast-paced, federal environment.
