Capps Ministries is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer & Print Production Coordinator to support the production and distribution of materials that help us put the power of the Gospel in the hands of the people.

This role is ideal for someone who is both technically skilled in print production and motivated by contributing to meaningful, purpose-driven work.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and finalize print-ready files (Adobe InDesign required) Coordinate with print vendors and track production timelines Work with external designers (book covers, typography, etc.) Perform light layout work (study notes, booklets) Create simple graphics for email, social media, and promotions Organize and maintain clean, accurate file systems Support internal teams by ensuring projects move from design to production efficiently

What We’re Looking For

Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign Experience preparing files for print (bleed, margins, export settings) Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable communicating with vendors and team members Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines Self-motivated and dependable

Additional Requirements

On-site in Broken Arrow, OK Attend weekly Capps Chapel (Mondays at 11:00 AM) Portfolio required (print/layout samples preferred)
