Graphic Designer and Production

Reports To: Owner / Operations Manager The Graphic Designer & Production Specialist plays a key role in the design, production, and installation of print materials at Frontend Solutions. This position combines creative graphic design with hands-on production work, including operating and maintaining various printing equipment and assisting with in-house installations such as vehicle wraps and vinyl signage. Key Responsibilities: Design & Pre-Production • Create digital artwork for screen printing, embroidery, signs, wraps, and promotional products • Prepare files for print and ensure proper color separation, scaling, and resolution • Collaborate with sales and customer service to clarify project requirements and deliver proofs for approval Printing & Equipment Operation • Operate and maintain: • Large format printer • Vinyl cutter • DTF (Direct-to-Film) printer • Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime Installation & Production Support • Execute in-house installations, including vehicle wraps, window graphics, and other large-format vinyl applications • Assist in prepping surfaces and workspaces for installations Ordering & Supply Management • Manage inventory of production materials and supplies • Order supplies and consumables as needed to avoid shortages • Place and manage outsourced printing orders with third-party vendors when needed Preferred Experience: • 2+ years in a similar role within the print or signage industry • Hands-on experience with DTF printing and vehicle wrap installation • Familiarity with RIP software and printer troubleshooting
