Graphic Designer and Show Operator

This role includes designing and operating PowerPoint and Keynote presentations, creating print and digital signage, developing logos and branding assets, and producing proposals and marketing materials. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Design and integrate graphics for live and virtual events, ensuring alignment with brand standards, event goals, and messaging • Create presentation templates, visual concepts, and content for use across events and experiences • Travel to event venues and corporate offices to collaborate directly with clients, producers, and production teams • Operate, cue, create, and edit presentation content during live events • Set up and tear down assigned equipment while on location • Organize, archive, and maintain presentation files and design assets within the graphics library • Work efficiently under tight deadlines in a live event environment • Collaborate with the marketing manager and content writers to develop proposals, marketing materials, and internal design projects • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to presentations or show operation Benefits
