Graphic Designer and UX Specialist

- Work with team members to evaluate ideas and concepts, assist with making critical decisions affecting the user experience, and incorporate varying stages of the design to the UX process. - Share ideas with internal teams on best practices around information architecture, interaction, and visual designs, usability, and supporting technologies. - Develop thoughtful recommendations on information architecture, user experience, accessibility compliance, and use of graphics, mobile optimization, responsiveness, and other web best practices. What You Will Need *: - An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET/SCI federal security clearance - Bachelor's Degree - THREE (3)+ years' of related experience to design or user interface - Strong writing and deck (PowerPoint) development skills What Would Be Nice To Have *: - Strong communication skills - at ease with coordination and strategizing with leadership on initiatives, facilitating UI/UX sessions, and presenting to broad audiences when necessary - Past leadership experience and/or proven interaction and coordination with senior leadership - Master's degree is preferred, but not required - Understanding of cybersecurity issues would be highly beneficial, though not a requirement The annual salary range for this position is $75,800.00-$113,600.00.
