Graphic Designer and Video Producer

Designer will be responsible for executing designs according to the brand standard guide and will create design solutions for print, promotional, social media, and digital materials, ensuring consistency and excellent quality in all deliverables. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Ability to be detail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills. • College degree or experience in Visual Communication, Graphic Design or a related field • Thorough knowledge of inDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop • Basic level of video editing is a plus • Experience in Wordpress is a plus • Self-reliant; able to work independently and accept responsibility for projects • Strong organization skills, able to switch tasks easily, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy • Highly professional and dependable • Interest in mindfulness/spirituality is a plus • An understanding of the key principles in the Edgar Cayce readings, particularly kindness, active patience, and a service orientation is desirable; • Excellent communication skills -- oral, written and listening– demonstrating cooperation, diplomacy, persistence, kindness, and clarity – is required. • Position has a major effect on revenues and the financials of the organization.
