We are seeking a highly skilled graphic designer who is passionate about space, technology, and communication. In addition to being highly proficient in the graphic design field, our ideal candidate is creative, organized, highly collaborative, able to influence peers, and interacts comfortably with senior leadership across the government and private industry. Description/Responsibilities: • Provide graphic design and animation expertise in support of communication products for SSC programs • Develop and deliver high-impact, elegant and sophisticated graphics, animation, infographics, to strengthen support and enable mission success • Translate technical information and apply critical thinking into graphic designs, animations, and videos • Develop Logo Designs, Brand Guidelines, Typography and Commercial graphics • Provide graphic design and animation support for briefings, presentations, and videos • Coordinate the design and production of communication products and deliverables Required Qualifications: • Must have expert knowledge of Adobe to include but not limited to: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe in Design, Microsoft PowerPoint / Office, and other graphic arts related equipment/software (list of software proficiency below) • Must have expert knowledge of a broad range of technical and creative methods and practices to extend and modify existing techniques and develop new approaches for the analysis of problems relating to the design, development, and production of visual materials to effectively communicate the story of SSC programs. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
