Graphic Designer - Architecture, Engineering, Construction industry (remote or hybrid)

Primary Duties • Responsible for all graphical aspects of pursuits, including but not limited to proposal template, custom graphics, organizational charts, and presentations • Collaborate with Graphic Design Team for special projects including participating in brainstorming sessions for corporate graphics, tradeshow booths, swag items, print collateral, digital media, and brochures • Provide creative input to pursuit team throughout proposal and presentation development • Conduct quality reviews and final checks before production • Ability to read and understand RFQ language to ensure adherence to format specifications • Ability to develop quick design ideas based on team briefs • File and organize digital assets, including icons, stock photography, and customized graphics • Assists in coordinating with print vendors and photographers • Comfort working on multiple, concurrent hard deadlines • Staying in touch with the latest technology and strategies in the design and development industry • Promote a spirit of innovation and creativity within the design team to ensure that new ideas keep coming • Other duties as assigned by Graphic Design Lead and Marketing Director The ideal candidate will be creative, self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented; have strong organizational, business and proposal graphics skills; and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position supports offices across the country and can be located anywhere within the United States.
