Primary DutiesResponsible for all graphical aspects of pursuits, including but not limited to proposal template, custom graphics, organizational charts, and presentations Collaborate with Graphic Design Team for special projects including participating in brainstorming sessions for corporate graphics, tradeshow booths, swag items, print collateral, digital media, and brochures Provide creative input to pursuit team throughout proposal and presentation development Conduct quality reviews and final checks after production Ability to read and understand RFQ to ensure adherence to format specifications Ability to develop quick design ideas based on team briefs File and organize digital assets, including icons, stock photography, and customized graphics Assists in coordinating with print vendors and photographers Comfort working on multiple, concurrent hard deadlines Staying in touch with the latest technology and strategies in the design and development industry Promote a spirit of innovation and creativity within the design team to ensure that new ideas keep coming Other duties as assigned by Graphic Design Lead and Marketing Director This position is full-time, allows for creative freedom, and provides benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, paid holidays, and more). The ideal candidate will be creative, self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented; have strong organizational, business and proposal graphics skills; and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Education and Experience RequirementsMinimum of 2+ years of experience in Graphic Design (within the A/E/C industry, though not required) Minimum Associates Degree in Graphic Design, Art, or related field (In lieu of education, 2 years of relevant experience) Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, in particular InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint Proficient in converting large amounts of data or information into visual illustrations with guidance from senior staff Understanding of typography, spacing (including use of white space), and visual hierarchy Great verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, editing, and proofreading skills Detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and flexible Openness and responsiveness to feedback, and ability to make timely revisions Ability to work and manage projects both independently and collaboratively with diverse teams, marketing department, technical managers, and project staff Excellent time management skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple assignments concurrently Why Ardurra?While Ardurra offers competitive compensation and rich benefits programs, it is our culture that truly sets us apart from our peers.
