Primary DutiesResponsible for all graphical aspects of pursuits, including but not limited to proposal template, custom graphics, organizational charts, and presentationsCollaborate with Graphic Design Team for special projects including participating in brainstorming sessions for corporate graphics, tradeshow booths, swag items, print collateral, digital media, and brochuresProvide creative input to pursuit team throughout proposal and presentation developmentConduct quality reviews and final checks before productionAbility to read and understand RFQ language to ensure adherence to format specificationsAbility to develop quick design ideas based on team briefsFile and organize digital assets, including icons, stock photography, and customized graphicsAssists in coordinating with print vendors and photographersComfort working on multiple, concurrent hard deadlinesStaying in touch with the latest technology and strategies in the design and development industryPromote a spirit of innovation and creativity within the design team to ensure that new ideas keep comingOther duties as assigned by Graphic Design Lead and Marketing DirectorThis position is full-time, allows for creative freedom, and provides benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, paid holidays, and more).
