Job Description Fast paced and quickly growing Pet Accessory company is seeking a talented packaging designer to join our creative team to develop packaging and displays. Job Responsibilities: -Create unique packaging solutions for our various product lines from concept to completion -Complete understanding of packaging design processes including the ability to create die lines, arrange artwork, write copy, choose typography, and mock-up samples. -Handle all other necessary graphic design responsibilities including but not limited to: catalogs, product advertisements, and high resolution images. -Experience creating planograms, shippers, and displays. -Experience creating logos, prints and patterns Qualifications: (a strong portfolio comes first and foremost) 1) BFA degree in graphic design/packaging/fine art and a strong portfolio 2) Must have proven experience in designing packaging (paper box, blister pack, hangtag, etc) 3) Must be highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite for Mac: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop 4) Must be technical and able to create print ready packaging files 5) Be able to Multi- task and meet tight deadlines We offer competitive compensation with health insurance, vacation and holidays.
