About the position Responsibilities • Design print and digital content for all communication channels, maintaining a high standard of on-target, on-brand visual execution • Work collaboratively with the broader global creative team (inclusive of copywriters, designers, and content producers) from concept to completion • Interpret creative briefs and present creative rationale that supports business goals to peers and internal stakeholders • Review materials to ensure feedback has been addressed, ensuring brand accuracy and consistency • Effectively and proactively manage deliverables and deadlines Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent • 3+ years of experience working in an agency or within a marketing team • Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong knowledge of typography and design principles • Ability to interpret creative brief objectives and work within brand guidelines and standards • Strong relationship skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage several projects at once Nice-to-haves • Preferred working knowledge of HTML, UI, UX, and web standards • Experience with Aftereffects and Premiere
