Graphic Designer, Associate, Marketing

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop marketing materials, presentations and consistent branding needed to support corporate and channel product initiatives to help drive the firm’s growth Responsible for the design, creation and maintenance of company related content and collateral, website assets and design, social media assets, and campaigns Responsible for graphic design elements for videos, conferences, events, webcasts, as well as internal and external communications Act as a brand ambassador to ensure continuity of and adherence to brand identity standards Assisting in the development and maintenance of marketing and firm-wide presentations using PowerPoint, Word and Excel to support all products and corporate needs Present data in charts, graphs, and infographics in a way that makes it easy to understand and is aesthetic Partner with vendors to create compelling giveaways Provide creative direction and support to colleagues across various business units as needed QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of experience in a graphic design role A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, or a related field A passion for graphic and video AI generative technologies, such as Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, RunwayML, and Pika Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Knowledge of Premier Pro is a plus Experience creating digital assets for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook Experience managing projects from conception through execution Expertise in the creation of website graphics Deep knowledge of MS Office, including PowerPoint and Word An appreciation for pixel-perfect detail An interest in investment management and financial markets Strong oral and written communication skills Strong work ethic with a professional demeanor and an intellectual and technological curiosity and aptitude GQG Partners LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and will not engage in unlawful discrimination on any basis prohibited by local, state, or federal law.
