Graphic Designer at Compound Foundry

Location: Fayetteville, AR | Full-time | In-person Aspen&Arlo, part of the Compound Foundry family, is looking for a creative, detail-obsessed Graphic Designer to bring licensed designs to life across our lines of fine-art wrapping paper. In this role, you’ll focus on creating Aspen&Arlo’s licensed collections—translating beloved characters, teams, and brands into fresh, fun, highly giftable products. What We’re Looking For: • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in consumer goods or licensed product • Understanding of licensing and style guide usage in a commercial setting • Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop • Experience with surface pattern design or layout for physical product is a big plus • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and hitting fast-moving deadlines • Collaborative, adaptable, and excited to be part of a growing startup brand Benefits: • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance
