This is a production-driven, architecturally embedded role — not a marketing or brand development position. What You Will Be Accountable ForDesign large-scale wall graphics and branded murals
Develop community photo montages and storytelling elementsCreate interior messaging graphics and space identification letteringDesign privacy glass patterns and brand-integrated imagerySupport signage systems and light wayfinding applicationsPrepare large-format, print-ready artwork for fabricationTranslate established brand guidelines into site-specific interior applicationsEnsure resolution accuracy based on viewing distance and scaleDeliver production-ready files aligned with spatial dimensionsApply typography and imagery thoughtfully within architectural contextWork side-by-side with Interior Designers and ArchitectsReceive direction from design leads and participate in rapid feedback cyclesDevelop graphics from exported 3D model snapshots (no Revit use required)Align graphics with floor plans, elevations, and material palettesManage multiple projects concurrently across the firmMaintain strong file organization and version controlPivot quickly when project priorities shiftSupport fabrication coordination when applicableAssist with vendor communication as neededSupport static or motion-based content for digital displaysCoordinate minor outsourced digital assets if experiencedHelp centralize digital environmental content internally (if applicable)What Qualifications You NeedBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Environmental Graphic Design, or related field
2–5 years of professional design experienceStrong portfolio demonstrating environmental graphics, interior branding, or large-format production workAdvanced proficiency in:Adobe IllustratorAdobe PhotoshopAdobe InDesignExperience preparing production-ready artwork for large-scale fabricationStrong understanding of typography, layout, and spatial scaleHighly organized with excellent file management disciplineAbility to work collaboratively in a shared creative environmentPreferred (Not Required)Experience with environmental graphics, signage systems, or branded interiors
