Key responsibilities include designing various materials, collaborating with teams to develop concepts and execute designs that meet client goals, ensuring designs align with brand standards and project objectives, managing multiple projects simultaneously, preparing press-ready files for production, staying current with design trends, and using internal project management platforms to communicate and track progress. A qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience, strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across print, digital, branding, and typography, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Prior experience working in an agency environment is a plus, as well as knowledge of responsive web design, UX principles, motion graphics, print production processes, and file setup requirements. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively, balancing creativity with client needs and deadlines.
