Job Description Position Overview Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with the Art Director to execute production design across multi-channel campaigns • Design for print including signage, flyers, handouts, and marketing collateral • Create email marketing templates and visual content • Develop engaging social media graphics with an awareness of current design trends • Organize and maintain digital assets, including files, photos, and design templates • Follow established brand guidelines and help expand visual systems across platforms • Contribute to basic website-related design needs (WordPress knowledge a plus) • Optional but valuable: video editing (traditional or social media), motion graphics, photo retouching Requirements • 2+ years of graphic design experience (freelance or in-house/agency) • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma, Canva, or similar tools a plus • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout for both digital and print media • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact) • Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms is a plus • Excellent time management skills — ability to meet deadlines and deliver work in a timely manner is a must • Strong communication skills and responsiveness in a remote/freelance work environment • Portfolio of relevant work is required
