Key Responsibilities • Design engaging, on-brand creative assets for digital campaigns, social media, email, e-commerce, packaging, retail, and print • Translate brand and product concepts into compelling visuals that resonate with beauty consumers • Maintain consistency of brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints • Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams on creative briefs and campaign execution • Develop assets optimized for multiple platforms and channels • Stay up-to-date on beauty, fashion, and design trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas • Prepare final files for production, ensuring accuracy and quality
