We sit elbow to elbow with Marketing, R&D, Finance, and Package Development to generate a broad spectrum of insights. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, storytelling, independent ideation, problem-solving, and technical mastery.Experience designing for digital, packaging, and in-store displays with a basic understanding of print feasibility.Expertise in the latest graphics and business programs: Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. ).Ability to work onsite at our Cincinnati, OH office 3‑5 days per week.Preferred QualificationsA passion for beauty, with an understanding of category trends and the competitive landscape.
