Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience3+ years of experience as a packaging designer, ideally within beauty or luxury sectorsStrong portfolio demonstrating concept to production packaging workExpertise in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, as well as FigmaStrong experience in 3D rendering and skilled in Rhino or SolidWorksAbility to create production-ready artwork for both primary and secondary packagingExperience working within established brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistencyStrong organizational skills with experience managing and archiving creative assetsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing and product developmentFamiliarity with market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning strategiesWorking knowledge of digital tools, web development basics, and project management platforms is a plusProficiency with Mac systems and basic troubleshooting across Mac and PC environmentsKey Responsibilities This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
