Key Responsibilities

- Design creative and visually appealing cosmetic packaging, product labels, and marketing materials.

- Develop graphics and visual assets for new product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal collections.

- Design retail displays, promotional signage, and in-store marketing materials.

- Utilize AI-powered creative tools to generate innovative visuals and enhance design projects.

- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to maintain consistent brand identity.

- Prepare print-ready artwork and production files while ensuring accuracy and quality.

- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- *Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience.*

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.

- Experience using AI image generation and creative design tools.

- Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and branding.

- Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, especially in beauty, fashion, and social media.

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
