P&G Beauty House is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Beauty Care team.Job Location CINCINNATI GENERAL OFFICESWhat You’ll DoWith a hands‑on approach you will build concepts executing the visual strategy for our brands across multiple consumer touchpoints including packaging, promotional materials, visual communications, eCommerce, social media, etc.Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced consistently and creatively.Communicate and justify conceptual and directional choices.Be accountable for excellent execution.The Ideal Candidate Stellar packaging experience amongst a variety of industries.Uses Empathy and non-linear thinking: Must be able to see the consumer as a person and ideate solutions with the consumer in mind.Has strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to justify your conceptual and directional design choices with multi‑functional partners.Is comfortable giving and receiving feedback.Is flexible in an environment of constant change.
